Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing dashboard at any time. You keep access until the end of the current billing period — no clawbacks.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Saved clinics, past bookings, and Tomo history stay intact. Features that exceed your tier (e.g. extra family seats) are paused, not erased.
Is the trial really free?
Yes. We collect a card to prevent abuse, but won't charge until the trial ends. Cancel before the last day and you pay zero.
Do you support invoicing for clinics?
Stripe-issued tax-compliant invoices download from your billing dashboard automatically. Enterprise customers can also be invoiced quarterly via wire.
Is patient data HIPAA / APPI compliant?
All data lives in Supabase ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo). We comply with Japan's APPI; clinic dashboards enforce row-level security so staff see only their own clinic's bookings.
What payment methods are accepted?
Stripe handles all payments. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are supported. Enterprise can pay via wire.
