1. 投稿者の責任

• 実体験に基づく投稿：口コミは、実際にその医療機関を利用した経験に基づいて投稿することとし、誇張や虚偽の内容を避けます。未利用の医療機関に関する投稿や、他の人の体験を基にした投稿は控えます。
• 個人情報の保護：口コミには他人の個人情報を含めないようにします。患者や医療従事者の名前や住所、電話番号などを明記しないでください。
• 誹謗中傷や差別的な内容の禁止：口コミは建設的な意見や体験に基づくものであり、医療機関やスタッフ、他の患者に対する誹謗中傷、差別的な発言、侮辱的な内容は厳禁です。
• 言葉遣いの適切さ：不適切な言葉や過激な表現を避け、丁寧で礼儀正しい言葉遣いを心掛けます。

2. 投稿内容に関する規定

• 診療内容の記述：診療を受けた内容や治療方法、診療の質に関する意見を自由に記載できますが、治療効果について誇大に記述したり、医学的に証明されていない情報を記載したりすることは禁止です。
  • 例：「絶対に治る」「最短で回復する」などの表現は避ける。
• 具体的な事例の記載：診療内容、スタッフの対応、施設の清潔さ、待ち時間など、実際に体験した具体的な事例を基に投稿することが求められます。抽象的な表現や一般論ではなく、具体的な状況に即したレビューを推奨します。
• 治療結果や評価についての配慮：口コミは主観的な意見であるため、他の人の体験や状況が異なる可能性があることを考慮し、過度に一般化した評価や結論を避けます。
  • 例：「この病院ではすべての患者が満足する治療が受けられる」といった断定的な表現は避ける。

3. プライバシーと機密性の保持

• 患者の匿名性：口コミに個人的な医療情報（診療内容や病歴、治療経過など）を記載する場合でも、個人が特定されないように配慮する必要があります。患者自身の名前や詳細な病歴は公開しないでください。
• 医療従事者の名前を含めない：医師や看護師などの医療従事者の名前を晒したり、その人物を特定できる情報を提供したりすることは避けます。
• 病院や診療所の位置情報や詳細を含めた投稿の慎重さ：病院名や診療科目、診療方法については実際の情報に基づいた記載が必要ですが、過剰に特定できる詳細な情報は慎重に取り扱います。

4. 禁止される投稿内容

• 不正なレビュー：他人によって投稿された内容を無断でコピーしたり、偽りの口コミ（例えば、特定の病院を宣伝するために投稿する内容）を投稿したりすることは禁止です。
• 誤った医療情報：医療に関する専門的な知識がないにもかかわらず、不正確な情報や誤解を招くような投稿をすることは避けるべきです。例えば、「この薬は絶対に効果がある」といった医学的に証明されていない主張。
• 差別的または攻撃的なコメント：他の患者や医療スタッフ、病院を差別的に批判する投稿や、不適切な言葉遣い、攻撃的なコメントは削除対象となります。
• 商業的・広告目的の投稿：特定の医療機関や治療法、商品やサービスの広告を目的とした口コミ投稿は禁止です。これに該当する投稿は削除します。

5. サイト運営者の責任

• 投稿内容の確認とモデレーション：投稿された口コミがガイドラインに沿っているかを確認し、不適切な投稿や虚偽の情報が含まれている場合には、削除や修正を行います。
• 迅速な対応：不適切なレビューが投稿された場合、速やかに対応し、投稿者にガイドライン違反を通知するなどの処置を取ります。
• レビューの編集や削除：公正な運営を保つために、ガイドラインに違反するレビューについては編集または削除する権限を保有します。
• 匿名性の保護：投稿者の個人情報を第三者に開示することはなく、適切に守秘義務を守ります。

6. レビュー投稿者の利用規約への同意

口コミを投稿する際には、投稿者が口コミサイトの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに同意することが前提となります。これにより、投稿内容の管理方法や個人情報の取扱いについて明確にします。

Review Posting Guidelines for Medical-Institution Review Sites

1. Responsibilities of the Reviewer

• Reviews based on actual experience: Reviews must be based on the reviewer's actual experience using the medical institution; exaggeration and falsehood are to be avoided. Refrain from posting about medical institutions you have not used, and from posting based on someone else's experience.
• Protection of personal information: Do not include other people's personal information in reviews. Do not state the names, addresses or phone numbers of patients or medical staff.
• Prohibition of defamation and discriminatory content: Reviews must be based on constructive opinion and personal experience. Defamation, discriminatory remarks, and insulting content directed at the medical institution, its staff or other patients are strictly prohibited.
• Appropriate language: Avoid inappropriate or extreme language; aim for polite and courteous expression.

2. Provisions on the Content of Reviews

• Description of medical care: You may freely write opinions about the contents of the consultation, treatment methods, and quality of care. Exaggerated descriptions of treatment effects, or claims not supported by medical evidence, are prohibited.
  • For example: avoid expressions such as “guaranteed cure” or “fastest recovery”.
• Concrete examples: Reviews should be based on concrete examples actually experienced — the contents of care, staff conduct, cleanliness of the facility, waiting time, and so on. We recommend reviews tied to specific situations rather than abstract or general statements.
• Care regarding treatment outcomes and evaluations: Because reviews are subjective opinions, please bear in mind that other people's experiences and circumstances may differ, and avoid evaluations or conclusions that over-generalize.
  • For example: avoid categorical expressions such as “every patient at this hospital receives satisfying care”.

3. Maintaining Privacy and Confidentiality

• Patient anonymity: Even when including personal medical information in a review (such as the content of consultations, medical history or treatment progress), care must be taken so that the individual cannot be identified. Do not publish the patient's own name or detailed medical history.
• Do not include the names of medical staff: Avoid publicly disclosing the names of doctors, nurses or other medical staff, or providing information by which they can be identified.
• Caution regarding the location and details of hospitals and clinics: The names of hospitals, departments and treatment methods should be described based on actual information; however, take care with details that allow excessive identification.

4. Prohibited Posting Content

• Improper reviews: Copying without permission content posted by others, or posting fake reviews (for example, content posted to promote a specific hospital), is prohibited.
• Incorrect medical information: Posting inaccurate or misleading information without specialist medical knowledge — for example, medically unproven claims such as “this medicine is guaranteed to work” — should be avoided.
• Discriminatory or aggressive comments: Reviews that discriminate against other patients, medical staff or hospitals, as well as inappropriate language and aggressive comments, will be subject to deletion.
• Commercial or advertising posts: Reviews posted for the purpose of advertising specific medical institutions, treatments, products or services are prohibited; such posts will be deleted.

5. Responsibilities of the Site Operator

• Review and moderation of posted content: The operator confirms whether posted reviews conform to these guidelines and, where inappropriate posts or false information are included, will perform deletion or correction.
• Prompt response: Where an inappropriate review is posted, the operator will respond promptly and take measures such as notifying the poster of the guideline violation.
• Editing and deletion of reviews: To maintain fair operation, the operator reserves the right to edit or delete reviews that violate these guidelines.
• Protection of anonymity: The operator will not disclose the personal information of reviewers to third parties and will appropriately maintain confidentiality.

6. Reviewer's agreement to the Terms of Use

When posting a review, the reviewer is required to agree to the review site's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. This clarifies how posted content is managed and how personal information is handled.
